Start at the beginning, and go from there. Get out a pen and paper (or a napkin, or your Notes app on your phone) and just start writing. Bring that to our first meeting and we'll take it from there.

Totally! Go make it yourself! These days, most smartphones and the headphones that come with them when you buy 'em are full capable of producing legitimately decent content. Most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 4K iPhone footage and theater-ready HD cinema footage.
